Mr.K.JANAKIRAMAN

Mr.JANAKIRAMAN is a TOOL AND DIE MAKER with an aptitude for manufacturing & systems.  He looks after the laser scanning and manufacturing activities, he has a rock solid, hands on experience of over 15 years in manufacturing OF PRESS TOOLS AND MOULDS. He has started his career as a TOOL AND DIE MAKER with hands on experience on the shop floor.  The solutions are highly localized to the situation.  Has hands on experience in Progressive tooling solutions for components and has worked abroad on shop floor conditions. Has involved in major projects which have been successfully completed during his working career. He has involved in indigenously proving and manufacturing the product and also involved in the transfer of technology from CITIZEN WATCH CO JAPAN for the manufacture of PRINT HEAD a Heart for all DOT MATRIX PRINTERS.  Has extensively toured Japan, Taiwan and Singapore for the completion and proving of the tooled up parts before being moved to local vendor for production.

With his vast exposure in manufacturing field he has started this company in October 2003.

As Divija faced the problem of remanufacturing of the imported mold cavities for TIER 2 suppliers where in the 3D profile drawing are not traceable or not available at the customer end.  Due to the commitment to deliver we had to diversify into laser scanning and inspection of the cavities.  We have successfully scanned the cavities and completed the CNC Machining of the cavities.  We can offer you solutions and convert any complicated 3D part to drawing or inspection of the part with reference to the master 3D drawing.  We are service provider for laser scanning located in CHENNAI.
