Tracing Information Pre-Alarm Service
We created the pre-Alarm service system for cargo tracing, which sends e-mail to the customers to inform them of the departure and arrival of the cargo.
In case the delivery schedule is changed or the cargo needs to be partially delivered and any other uncontrollable events occur, the customers can be notified timely through this system.
